These terms apply to orders placed on seancurranart.com. The shop is run by Seán Curran, trading as Sean Curran Art, 65 Aylmer Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Email: seancurranart@gmail.com.
1. Ordering
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. The contract is formed when I confirm your order has been accepted or dispatched. If an item is unavailable, or a price was shown in error, I will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.
2. The artwork
Prints are reproductions of my original watercolours, supplied with a mount. Framed prints come in a white wood frame. Sizes are given on each product page and include the mount. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in person. Original paintings are one of a kind, so once sold they cannot be reordered.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. You can view prices in pounds sterling or US dollars using the currency selector, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
4. Payment
You can pay by card through Stripe, which processes payments securely; I never see your full card details. Cash on collection is available for orders collected in Naas.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery costs and timescales are on the Delivery Information page. Orders outside Ireland may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or the person you nominate.
6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.
7. Copyright
I keep the copyright in all my artwork. Buying a print or an original gives you ownership of that physical item, not the right to copy, reproduce or sell images of the work.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law. I am not responsible for delays caused by events outside my reasonable control, such as postal disruption.
9. Privacy
How your personal information is used is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
