I want you to love the painting or print you buy from me. If it isn't right for you, you can return it.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you nominate, receive it. This applies to prints, framed prints and original paintings.
- Tell me you want to cancel by emailing seancurranart@gmail.com within the 14 days. A short message is fine, or you can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.
- Send the item back within 14 days of telling me, to: Sean Curran Art, 65 Aylmer Park, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
- Pack it carefully, ideally in the original packaging. Framed prints and originals should be sent tracked and insured.
You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it arrived faulty or damaged.
Your refund
I will refund the price you paid plus the standard delivery charge within 14 days of hearing from you. I may wait until the item arrives back, or until you show me proof of postage, whichever is first. Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid cash on collection, I will arrange a bank transfer.
Please handle the artwork only as you would in a shop. If an item comes back damaged or marked through handling beyond that, I may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
Every piece is packed with care, but accidents happen in transit. Please email me photos of the item and the packaging as soon as you can, and keep the packaging. I will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund, and I will cover any return postage. This does not affect your legal rights for faulty goods.
