For those of us who were lucky enough to grow up in the Rathcoole, Saggart and Newcastle area of county Dublin, you will know it as the “Old Library”.The scene itself goes back to the “Big Snow” of January 1982 when Rathcoole was cut off for a week from the rest of the world…..well, at least Dublin ..
